PAYMENT TERMS AND FINANCIAL CONDITIONS FOR TRAINING CONTRACTS


The price of the training action called “Parcours Village de l’Emploi” is € 17,680 net (seventeen thousand six hundred and eighty euros net), (not subject to VAT article 261-4-4 of the CGI ).

Payment may be made, after the withdrawal period of 10 working days, according to one of the following methods:

1- CASH PAYMENT within 15 days of the start of the training. In this case, the contractor will benefit from a reduction of 15% on the overall price indicated above.

2- PAYMENT AT THE END OF THE TRAINING of the entire price mentioned above at the end of the program and / or in the event of interruption of the course, upon receipt of the invoice.

3- Exceptional exemption from payment subject to the recruitment of the contractor by one of the partner companies participating in the financing of our programs under an employment contract, the terms of which are set directly by the partner company concerned. This exceptional exemption from payment is the result of the engagement of the co-contractor by an ISOSET partner company.

As part of the implementation of this hypothesis, the cost of the journey will be the subject of a total or partial exemption depending on the duration of the contractual relationship with the partner company, regardless of the reason for breach of contract or termination of the contractual relationship. Thus, we draw your attention to the specific modalities linked to this hypothesis, namely:
– If the contractual relationship with the partner company lasts 36 months, the exemption will be total.
– If the contractual relationship with the partner company has a duration of less than 36 months, the exemption will be proportional to the duration of the contractual relationship on the basis of 1 / 36th per full month.

The « Employment Village Course » is excluded from the framework of continuing vocational training falling within the category of actions provided for by Article L.6311-1 of the Labor Code
